李忠勤简历
李忠勤,博士,研究员,美国俄亥俄州立大学博士后。李忠勤长期从事冰川学研究,曾参加中国首次南极内陆冰盖考察;两次赴北极斯瓦尔巴岛开展冰川学考察;多次组织青藏高原、天山、阿尔泰山和祁连山冰川学考察研究。在大陆性和干旱区冰川学研究方面取得创新成果。建立和完善了面向中国西部干旱地区的冰川监测网络数据平台,推动了地基激光扫描技术在冰川观测中的应用,研发出具有自主知识产权的山地冰川模拟预测模型,模拟预估了西北干旱区冰川未来变化,揭示出冰川消融的四大机理和冰川未来变化的主控因素,得出到本世纪末中国大多数小于2 km2的冰川将会消融殆尽这一重要结论。分析阐述了干旱区冰川水资源未来变化的时空格及其影响,为西北地区水资源管理与高效利用,区域经济社会可持续发展战略规划提供了重要的科学依据。主持国家基金青年项目、面上项目、重点项目、科技部973项目和国家重点研发项目课题、中科院重大专项和新疆发改委项目等20余项。在国内外主流学术刊物上发表论文425篇,被引用2789次,出版专著12部,获专利9项。国内外多种相关主流杂志编委和审稿人。获省部级奖励或荣誉10余项,包括中国科学院杰出成就奖1项,甘肃省自然科学一等奖1项,新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步奖2项,中国科学院杰出青年、甘肃省优秀共产党员、朱李月华优秀教师奖等。
